Honey Glazed Carrots

1 Carrot per person Cut into Julienne strips
Knob of Butter
Teaspoon of Honey per carrot
Juice of 1/4 lemon per carrot Put carrot, lemon, honey and butter into an ovenproof dish with a lid
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.
